I used to experience that too. Turns out all I needed was a bigger shoe size. Because our feet swell when we work out it's best to go a size up :)

Thanks to both of you! Yes I'm going to a local running store. From what I understand they videotape the person on a treadmill to help determine what kind of shoe is needed.

I really wanted to at one point but then the contestants just kept getting bigger and bigger and I felt like I wouldn't be able to get on the show. But now I would not want to subject myself to that. Being in a sports bra for millions to see? No thanks lol

My roommate is a cosmetics consultant at Macys so I get to try new stuff all the time :happy: I love Benefit products for primer, foundation and blush, and Urban Decay is my favorite for eyes. I don't know what I would do without Primer Potion, Perversion Eye Liner and Smoked Palette. I spend wayyy too much on makeup! lol

Sleep is fine. Usually get 7-8 hours but lately it's been really hard to get up and/or I go to sleep earlier than usual. Nutrition could be better, not going to lie. I take a multivitamin to try to make up for what my diet lacks.

My BMR is a little over 1800 and my TDEE is 2200. I've been taking in around 1600 everyday and there has only been a couple of days where I didn't eat back my exercise calories.
