Back of upper legs a problem for many women! Ideas??

I am at a healthy weight and cant complain about my appearance from the front view, but......... that rear view of the upper legs is always something that i feel i would like to improve on!!! Any ideas on great exercises to get those upper backside of the legs in good form???

    this^^^ my quads and hamstrings ( front and back of thigh) are solid after 3 months of squats and deads.

    I would say deadlifts would be the best exercise for that area.

    Deadlifts, squats, hamstring curls, hip bridges, lunges, squat press w/ higher placement of feet........... Go to bodybuilding.com and seach the database for hamstring and glute exercises. Tons of photos to show you. :) Squats and deadlifts are the main ones that should always be done though. :) They do amazing things for the backside. :)

    do all types of squats, theres more than one type. same with dead lifts and lunges :). dont forget to change them up.

    Thank you so much everyone for your input!!!:) I have been doing lots of squats the last few months of different varieties and it has been improving, just not as much as i would have liked. I will definitely take your advice and add in the lunges and dead lifts. Thanx again:)
