  • Great, thanks guys! I won't worry about it.
  • I'm having the same problem! I'm sitting here planning out my day, and I can't find a way with the foods I have at home to stay under the 2,300 sodium. Staying under the calories is no problem... One thing I have to definitely stay away from is sliced deli meat. So much sodium, and I thought I wasn't making a bad choice…
  • I had two scrambled eggs and one serving of Jenny-O Breakfast Sausage (Lean) this morning, and it was super satisfying! 247 calories total. I've been having a hard time thinking of good breakfast stuff, too :) .
  • You should take your measurements soon and see if maybe you've lost inches and gained muscle. I just finished my second week of working out for the first time, and I gained weight this week...but my clothes are looser. Don't give up!
  • Yes, me!! I love Cosplay, and that's one of the biggest reasons I'm on here :) . I want to feel wonderful in my costumes. Anyone, feel free to add me! You're not too old! Never too old :) . This is one of my favorite Cosplay pics, and it happens to be an older woman:…
  • Sadness, mostly. If I have a frustrating day at work or college, I want to go out to eat with my boyfriend to make myself happy again. That was our routine for like...the past three years. It's hard to break.
  • Good job :D !! I'm in week 2 myself, and making myself exercise has definitely been the hardest part. I've been doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. The workout is just 20 minutes (plus a little warm up and cool down), and the videos are on Youtube. When it gets warmer, I can't wait to go hiking!
  • Oatmeal with yogurt/strawberries/sugar-free vanilla syrup sounds amazing! So does the cinnamon one...Definitely going to try these! Thanks, ladies!
  • Thanks for the post :) . I've been dealing with a lot of people on Facebook telling me to alter things (one swears up and down that I shouldn't include my calories lost in workouts in my overall calorie goal, one says I shouldn't drink 6 - 8 glasses of water because it's bad for me, etc.), and I think...it really is about…
  • Hey, I'm gonna send you a friend request :) . I'm 24, with about 25 pounds to lose.
  • Me :) ! 24 here. I'll add you, and I'd be happy to have any other friends, too!
  • My biggest motivator right now is that I am a costumer, and I want to feel better in my costumes! I have a big convention coming up in August, so I'd love to lose like 15 pounds before then :) .
  • That is one of the BIGGEST reasons I'm doing this! I'm really looking forward to Dragoncon this year :) . Anybody, feel free to add me!
  • Sent a friend request and message :) .
  • Me! I'm actually just going back to college after a long break; I started back part time last week. I'm working on a BBA in Information Systems Management. College work can be so stressful, especially now that I have a full-time job to go along with it. It's hard not to eat all the time. My goal is to stop emotional/stress…
  • This thread has really helped me reflect, and has helped me feel better knowing other people have dealt with this as well. Thanks, you guys :) . My mother has always been an emotional eater, for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was with her when she went through periods of depression and weight gain. Her thing was…
  • It's almost always stress, loneliness, or fear. I just started going back to college part-time this week after a long break (beginning with math classes...oh boy), and I'm beginning a new full-time job in a few weeks. I know the emotional eating is going to be so hard for me, but I don't want it to keep me from reaching my…
