Protein! Too much?

So, I've been focusing hard on keeping my calories, carbs, sodium, and sugar under the levels that MFP set for me (tomorrow will mark two weeks of being here!). But, I go over on my protein by 25 - 45 g most of the time. Is this going to negatively impact my weight loss?
Sodium is the other one that's hard for me to keep under, but I'm doing much better with that.

Nope. That's not enough to matter. It's always better if you have to go slightly over on one thing that it be in the protein column. Excess protein can be broken down and used as calories. Excess carbs can not be converted into protein. You're fine.0

Note that what MFP sets for you is also quite low so chances are even though you supposedly go over you're eitehr consuming enough protein or just under what you *should* be consuming all depending on your stats0

You want to be over. MFP's level is way too low. Ideally you want to eat 1g of protein per pound of lean body mass to preserve muscle when losing weight (so changing settings to 30% protein is typically about right).0

Great, thanks guys! I won't worry about it.0
