Hope everyone enjoys their thanksgiving! Let yourself enjoy the feast and then get back to it!!

I usedwhat was suggested at first, but honestly 1200 calories is really not enough for most people, that's just kind of a generic number which is the lowest amount anyone should be eating, but I did some research on that and it's usually too low! I was losing a bit, but once I raised my calories to 1500 I stared losing…

Been feeling unmotivated with the holidays coming up, but I'm trying to power through these last 3 weeks of my training plan before I relax a bit for the holidays! Agh!

Thank you!

Been pretty bad this week with my eating when I had a 4 day weekend...back on the meal plans and gym plan tomorrow! Most important thing isn't whether you fall off or take a break for a bit...it's making sure you get back on it and don't make it a habit! :)

That's awesome!! It's definitely not easy at all...hell its not even easy to maintain but you will definitely look back once you hit your goal and be happy you pushed through all the obstacles and stuck with it!

Got some cute fall clothes this week! Feeling even better in my clothes after 6 weeks of strength training! :)

Everyone stay strong! The Halloween candy temptations are in full force!! Haha

That's awesome! Glad to hear when other people have success from something I'm trying to work on! Definitely inspiring!

Yes I do struggle with that a bit. I have my "Mom pouch" still big time (love high waisted jeans lol!) so if I had not had children I'm not sure how it would be. I do have those turkey wing flaps a bit on my arms and a bit on my thighs and back that's loose, but I'm hoping to tighten it up a bit with this strength…

Thank you! You are too sweet! :)

Working on a mini goal this week, which is to not weigh myself for a week! Never really bothers me to weigh myself multiple times a week, but now that I'm building muscle and not as worried about the number, I am just not even going to look but once a week or two so that I don't get irritated if the number isn't moving…

I know it seems like such a long journey but you can do it! One of my favorite quotes was about how much we think "oh this will take so long", but the time will pass anyways! My other quote that motivated me was "Losing weight is hard, but being overweight and unhealthy is hard, choose your hard"....keep on with it and you…

I'd love to see other people's transformations for inspiration for everyone including myself!!! Especially if you have toning/strength picture transformations!!!

I agree! It is very hard, but I think it's so important for us and as an example to our kids that our bodies and minds need to be taken care of!
-
Feel free to post your success stories here too!!!
-
Thank you! Definitely the biggest inspiration was simply being able to set an example for them and be able to run around and play with them! :)

That's my biggest issue now, ironically! Now that I'm at this point I have just been thinking "Now what?" So that's why I have set new goals to gain strength and endurance as opposed to just lowering my scale number...gotta keep making goals so that I don't lose track of my health!
