  • So many great ideas already.. I will just add that I very often nuke the salmon instead of baking/pan searing. I get 6-7oz individual portions and they take about 3mins to cook and always turn out moist and flaky. Tilapia can be done in 1.5mins some times.   • How about some chili ?? I made huge batches of it and portion it out in freezer bags all the time. It freezes well and can be used in a variety of ways when you thaw it out.
