  • It only changed by 20 calories which I thought was strange.
  • I'm yet to reach a 'normal' BMI and yes the trousers I was wearing were too big. I think some of it is jealousy as most of them are always trying and failing at various diets. I might buy some new trousers to keep them quiet.
  • I've lost most of the weight but now it's time to tone up a bit and the bum and thigh area is full of cellulite so I want to target that now with specific exercises or whatever it takes.

  • I realised why I was going dizzy. I was holding my breath during the running sessions. I focused a lot on my breathing today and didn't get dizzy at all :)

  • I started day 1 today and couldn't finish it. I've been advised to go slower as I'm a complete beginner who never walked anywhere other than to my car. I felt dizzy and my chest was burning. I'll probably have to do week one more than once :smiley:

  • Seen as its now 29th May, I'm going to start this on 1st June. I'm hoping it will help with weight loss and with the amount of money I spend eating at restaurants!
