I'm chubby!
I was having a conversation with my 10 year old nephew about swimming. I said I couldnt swim very well and he asked if that was because I was chubby. Why am I not losing weight?
Ive been counting my calories for about a month. I have had the odd day where ive fallen off the wagon but only about 3 days. Ive been walking more, eating less and eating heathier and ive only lost 1lb. Why am I not losing more? It doesnt make sense. Feel like giving up.
