MFP changing my calories

I logged on to MFP today and found that my calorie goal had changed.

I haven't changed it so I can only assume MFP have.

Has this happend to anyone else and do they know why this has happened?

    Did you recently drop a pound or two? MFP will readjust your calorie goal if you lose weight, since being lighter burns less.

    If it went up or if it's an extreme difference, it might be a glitch. This has happened to some others in the past.

    It only changed by 20 calories which I thought was strange.
