Pathetic as it is, jealousy seems to be my biggest motivation.

My sister and colleagues are loosing weight and it makes me feel rubbish - so I vow to beat them!

You could say that is "competitive" and not "jealous" Sounds a little more positive.

The drive to compete is a natural thing. Use it. Dominate them! You got this

My coworker amd i started losing at the same time. Ive always been told that the bigger you are the faster you will lose and it will slow down as you get smaller or more fit. So i was suprised when i started losing faster then her. Not only that but she has gained weight since we started. I shouldnt feel happy about that, and im not so much happy that she has gained but i am competitive and i feel awesome to be'winning'. I do try to support her, help out and invite her to the gym. But sfter she asked me if i wanted to get a big mac 10 minutes into a work out i kinda dont care.

And yes, ive been told several times that i am a horrible person for this.
