I'm chubby!

I was having a conversation with my 10 year old nephew about swimming. I said I couldnt swim very well and he asked if that was because I was chubby.

Needless to say I was quite shocked and upset by this comment - out of the mouths of babes.

I then went on to eat half a tray of chocolates to comfort myself!

Brilliant.

Kids can be the most hurtful and there is really only one reason it hurts so much - because they dont mean to upset you but they have a habit of saying exactly what they're thinking.

Dont turn to food! Why dont you treat yourself to a nice bath or turn it into pure determination?!

Thats what I have done.

I had a terrible month with my eating and I already felt bad so this made me feel worse and gave me the kick up the backside I needed.

Today is a new day. Back to eating healthy and exercising!
