There seem to be a lot of posts talking about being 'skinny fat'.
I have no idea what that means, can someone explain?

Roughly - being thin, meaning, weighing a good or low weight for your height and looking nice in clothes, but still having pretty high body fat % and not looking as nice and tight naked.0
