What to eat when it's that time of the month!?

hey ladies!

It's that time of the month and I'm just wanting to eat every cake, chocolate, bread and fatty thing I see.

Any tips on healthy substitutes that can curb those cravings?

Any help would be appreciated :)

    Why not just allow yourself to have small amounts of those items and try to fit them into your day?

    If you've got a Costco near you they have something called Brownie Brittle. It's probably sold in other stores - it's not their proprietary brand. I got chocolate/salted caramel. So good! 120 calories for a good portion (28 g maybe?).

    So good, totally satisfied my craving!

    I find I carb crave during PMS .. which is OK because I never cut my carbs down - so I just keep on eating my 300-400g carbs a day

    I find rice with a big healthy chicken stew or with a chunky vegetable stew and cheese and toast with egg white and cheese to be good satieting foods

    I just had chicken and noodles in a chilli sauce with coriander and green beans

    I eat a lot of crisps (chips)

    I fit them into my calories

    i give into temptation and allow myself one day per week to eat the food i am craving. if i restrict too much i find myself being depressed about it. this week it was ben and jerrys peanut butter cup. last week it was pizza week before chinese chicken wings etc. as long as i am weighing everything else in between and track my activity i find i am still losing
