about two months... but it will be more difficult for you because you are already pretty low in weight (from what your profile says) .. i also eat a pretty strict vegetarian diet, no cheese, milk or meat... so you cant set yourself up, thinking you will lose that much in the same amount of time.

my friends make fun of me because if anything has fake sugar in it, i can taste it... and i don't know how people can stand the taste! sweet and low is the worst with splenda a close second. REAL sugar or Honey is the way to go for me.

my weakness was cheese. i put it on everything! and would literally crave it if i didnt eat it... i gave it up cold turkey for Lent... and pretty sure i wont add it back into my diet. I eat a lot more avocados now. : )
