Dymatize Gourmet Whey is a good tasting, great mixabiliy more cost effective protein. Good Macros on it also.

I live on this stuff during prep. The Pancake syrup is the best. Some of them taste horrible. Only ones I use are Pancake Syrup, Chocolate Syrup, Blueberry Syrup and Carmel Sauce.

In the great U S of A you have to be within 20% of what you claim.... 20% is a huge variable and needs to be addressed ...

That isn't building a bunch of muscle "Bro" that is shredding away fat to show muscle. I only weigh 178.4 pounds in those pictures. Being really lean gives you the illusion you are bigger. I was wearing medium sized shirts. But anyway thanks for giving me a huge compliment to a natural guy. Greatest compliment I get is…

Thanks! Ain't nothing to it but to do it :)

Uhhhh no. Don't be blind.. I worked out 6 days a week with weights and cardio as well.... I mean I tracked absolutely everything I ate. I dieted from the end of October 2012-April 2013. I started at 215 and got to 178.4 at my lowest. I am natural but thanks for the compliment. Getting lean is an illusion. I was wearing…

Now they are showing up! Sorry for the technical difficulties.

Don't know why the pictures aren't showing :/

uh oh.. Looks like all my pics are doomed.

I don't understand your point. We both agree on #6 then..... I also agree meal timing doesn't matter.... I was saying the leaner you get and the longer you diet your metabolism is on fire and you can't wait to eat...

I agree there is more then one way to do something. Do what YOU want to do. If this isn't for you then move on. This post is to wake people up and make them think. If you don't want to eat carbs then don't. I will enjoy carbs still and get extremely lean doing so. People need to realize it's about enjoying life and…

For any doubters and anyone just thinking people are genetically gifted etc.... I can message before and after pictures tonight. I will show you me at 230 pounds when I wasn't weight training and only focusing on my career. It frustrates me that people argue just to argue. Ever think that this might be the reason you…

Natural meaning I don't take steroids or banned substances.

Ya I am a believer in their products because they are great. I never once mentioned them in this post... Please tell me who can't benefit from a multi and fish oil unless you have some rare one off. Anyway I'm out for a while. Need to get back to work.

You know what, you are right. I actually have a few friends that are Doctors. I was on the phone with one of them and they corrected me. It's the quality of the ingrident in what I take that is boosting the absorption rate. It just so happens to be liquid. He corrected me. It is the quality of it not the delivery.…

How many times do I have to say I am speaking in general terms and NOT adressing anyones medical conditions. You can go ahead and disagree with me all day long and think carbs are the devil that is fine. At the end of the day it's calories in vs calories out while having a responsible mix of the three. I do ALSO agree…

I don't track my sodium because when you are limited to certain caloric ranges it generally isn't sky high. Keep in mind I am offering advice for people looking to lose weight in a general fassion. This doesn't talk to people who have certain conditions etc. Yes eating gobs and gobs of sodium has shown some negative side…

I agree that quailty of the vitamins is crucial.

What are you talking about I am just here to sell stuff? if someone wants to message me about what I recommend that is their business. I in no way shape or form even mentioned a certain product just two essential product types that EVERYONE can benefit from...

Sabine have you ever been to an extremely low BF%? I don't mean it as a personal attack just a question. The reason I say that is when you get extremely low and you have been dieting for 6-7 months like I do your body does NOT feel optimal.

Bump :o

I would love to see someone get shredded on 70% fat every day.... Your argument is invalid for weight loss. You are trying to argue that you don't need carbs to function. Please go to a ZERO carb diet and tell me how you feel. Go ahead and do zero carbs if you want. Like I said this is my advice. Don't follow it if you…

She will not gain LMS I agree, BUT it will help her keep more of what she has. When you diet for long periods of time in a deficit it is impossible to maintain it all.

Thanks everyone. Yes these are generalities and aren't addressing people with certain conditions etc. Also people who are severely overweight I do not recommend 1g of protein per pound of body weight. It gets a little trickier. Feel free to follow me or message me if you guys get any questions.
-
Please don't listen to this advice. Whey Protein by itself will not help you lose body weight directly BUT it will help you put on lean muscle mass which will help you burn more calories just sitting around. DO NOT decrease protein.....

#6 You don't have to eat every 2-3 hours. It's a myth. I was saying though if you diet for long periods of time and get to low BF% levels like competitors do you are ravenously hungry and can't wait to eat. Supplements I recommend for everyone is a superior multivitamin and fish oil. If any Dr. tells you not to take them…

Not just me. I could point you to person after person after person that follows these philosophies.

Just because they didn't have carbohydrates didn't mean it was optimal... Cut out all your carbohydrates and tell me how you feel. For the final stretch of my last prep I was on 175 carbs for 3 months working out hard and doing cardio 6 days a week. I felt like a zombie.

The body needs water to process calories. If you are even mildly dehydrated, your metabolism may slow down. Yes I agree we all have one offs. Follow what your Dr says for any conditions you may have. I agree with the protein suggestion for mistress 8956

Like I said. I am not a DR and am speaking to the general. Everybody has their own issues and sometimes those prevents us from certain things, AKA diabetes. But you DON'T need to cut out fat to lose 100 pounds. Your body needs fat to survive and so does your brain.
