1 more pesto pasta. Combine in food processor or chopper a few walnuts or any nut fresh bundle of parsley salt pepper olive oil breadcrumbs lemon juice. Some people add cheese but I don't. Coat any pasta with it and top with a poached egg.

I like white better than brown in some dishes but love the crunch of brown in others. I eat both but tend to eat more whole wheat pasta vs rice.

If you walk you will build muscle you can eat the calories back but I tend not to. Even 25 mins of walking a day makes a huge difference trust me

Well I usually try to do half of the calories from exercise plus 1200 a day if I'm not hungry just the 1200.

I use to eat 16 ounce steaks before my diet now if I have one its 4-6 ounces. Would rather have a cup of mashed potatoes and veggies now

When I want a soda I drink the dasini flavored waters that are carbonated. Also drinks called ice are good

96% turkey burgers or meatballs. Also whole turkey just remove skin after u smoke it.

I got an oster blender that does a nice job making smoothies. I hear the blendtec leaks around the seal.

More eggs and plain yogurt. 2 cups of plain yogurt is 200 calories and 20g of protein. It will help with sugar while you're in with drawls.

that's a sleep med for bipolar these type of meds make you hungry. If you have trouble sleeping try unisom or bendril. I was on mitazapine for sleeping for 10 years and gained over 200 pounds trust me I know.

I eat lots plain yogurt. Blackberry's because I have an orchard. Turkey burgers and sasuage for breakfast and dinnners. Also wheat pasta with poached eggs and pesto is awesome
