It targets people making lots of disposable income that are lazy. If you're on a diet you need to burn calories every chance you get. You burn calories chopping prepping and cooking food. Plus I burn 400 calories grocery shopping. Its not really affordable if you have a large family either. Just my thoughts ha

Well I've lost over 101 pounds since sept last year. I'm not saying all you need to do is this. You still need to eat balanced and exercise. These are just suggestions to make your body burn extra calories not a magic bullet...

Sardines 25 grams protein per can. Fresh melons are in season honeydew cantaloupe ect.

String cheese,apple,plum,pickle,applesauce,yogurt,or sardine in olive oil if I'm really hungry and need protein. Usually I eat 1200 calories but burn 800-1000 so I usually have 600 or more left daily that I don't eat.

Yes. Carbs are burned 1st then after they are burned your body goes into the fat reserves, so never eat lots of carbs before you workout. Also eat nutritions foods vs boxed. You get more nutrition from fresh green and yellow veggies or fruits. Protein builds muscle always have protein in your diet.

Juice fresh fruits veggies stay away from manmade electrolytes like gatoraid. Crush fresh berries in water etc.

Better eat monosaturated and polysaturad fats found in nuts, seeds, avacoados oil. If you don't your gallbladder will shut down. Wouldn't hurt to take a muti vitamin and increase to 1200 calories daily.

Lol the dairy in yogurt helps the "Burn" its not that bad. I've also put it in applesauce with cinnamon.

Not really you would need gelatin in your diet. You can take beef gelatin capsules or diets rich in boiled bones like neckbones,beef bones ect. Just use the broth and make soup. The diet most have don't incorporate these foods therefore hurting your skin hair and fingernails.

I think that's just what your body burns naturally. The study says the people also ate 66 calories less food. So less appitite.

I don't really want a band for calories ect. I only need something to measure core body temp. I walk in very hot weather and don't need a heat stroke. I've lost 89 pounds without a band but as I loose weight I walk more and more hence increased body temp

I drink about 3 per week and lost 89 pounds in 9 months. If you get diet coke with splenda its much better for u vs aspertane. But splenda doesnt desolve in treatment plants and could alter food crops but that's another story
