I would like to point out that muscle weighs more than fat. Even if you're gaining weight, if you'e working out correctly, it's probably just muscle and I wouldn't worry. When you work out, you can't rely on the scale for results - start taking measurements of things like your waist.

You can do it!!! 14 pounds is a piece of cake, you'll be there before you know it!!! you can't let yourself down - you've gotten so far already and it will be so satisfying when you finally get there. It make take a little longer than you're used to, but you'll get there! you can't give up!!!!

I workout 3 days a week, and do the same things every time: treadmill, elliptical, various weightlifting. How much/often you exercise is really up to you. Just make sure that, in regards to weightlifting, you're not working the same muscle groups two days in a row. :) Keep in mind I also walk my dog for about 20 minutes…
