@ charlieheffer, I forgot about yogurt, though I know I should stay away from the sugar-laden flavored ones. I've tried plain yogurt before, with fresh strawberries mashed with a fork mixed in and it was good! I'll have to add that to my shopping list. Thanks for your suggestions!
