That's what I believe to,. There are no exercises to target belly fat, so why is lifting always brought up? I know that it helps preserve muscle but it doesn't give you a flat belly.

Yes I was thinking of recompibg but others say bulk, and it confusrs me so much. My goal is tp have a flat belly, that's all I want

I have the same issue. Its so fustrating. Everything else looks fine its just my dam belly!
