I do it but not on purpose, its just the way I like to eat. Breakfast at 10am, Lunch at 1pm & dinner between 6-7pm. I don't know if it helps with my results at all, its just what I've always done.

I use fitness blender as well. They have so many great workouts on You Tube. Their endurance kettlebell is hard core. I had jelly legs afterwards.

In my personal experience chubby chasers are sadly few & far between. My partner & I got fat together so technically the answer is yes.

So I decided to ramp it up a notch yesterday as well & did a 30min endurance kettlebell workout (no breaks & sooo many squats & lunges). My legs were jelly when I finished & I was drenched! I figured it out. The recipe calculates in cals then in my food diary it converts to kjs so that's why it looked weird from one page to the next. Problem solved :happy:
