Do you have your fitbit software to factor in a deficit? With the amount you are exercising it should be factored as heavy.
-
That doesn't sound off base to me.
-
What makes you think your fitbit is inaccurate? I use a fitbit and it seems pretty accurate to me. I calculate my deficit based on my fitbit and I lose on average .7 to 1 pound per week.

Freaking out won't do anything. There is science behind those numbers. They are not arbitrary.

New Rules of Lifting for Women is great too. Starting strength, strong lifts and Cathe....all good recommendations.

The best way to measure yourself is the same way all time. Consistency is key. While those body fat monitors are not the most accurate, if you use the same one at the same time all the time, you will see an over all trend. The other best way is to just go by how you feel and how your clothes are fitting. Those are tangible…

That looks about right to me. Gaining 2.2 lbs over the course of 2 weeks is not a big deal. It could be water retention or anything. You really need to give it a good 12 weeks to see any patterns in gains or losses. Eating with a smaller deficit is a much slower process on the scale but better things are happening inside…

When you are eating this way you don't eat back exercise calories because if you selected your appropriate exercise level it should be accurate for what you need. If you have an unusually high burn day that you don't normally have, you only eat additional calories if your burn takes you below your BMR. Otherwise, just…

If you are just doing housework etc. I would consider it light activity personally. BUT if you throw some weight lifting in there or other cardio then I would do moderate.

All EM2WL is, is a smaller caloric deficit. It is tailored to your current activity level but it is still a deficit so scientifically speaking it has to work if you have selected the correct activity level.

Feel free to add me.

-
They weren't removed, they never posted from the beginning.
-
ughh I tried uploading the pics again to photobucket and copied the new link and it still says I deleted or moved the image. Ah well.
-
testing
-
Tried making them lower case and they show up saying I deleted the image which I didn't do.
-
It keeps saying that for me as well, that I deleted the image...but the image is there. I can see it when I copy the link. So strange.
-
What did you do to try to fix them? THen I can try that for the future.
-
I don't know why it's saying I moved or deleted the image because I didn't.

Love my fitbit!
