Mine is also not syncing, hasn't in 2 days and I have disconnected and reconnected the app multiple times.

I know many people here say starvation mode is a myth but when I increased my calories I started losing again. I would eat more calories and work on a BF% loss as opposed to a weight loss.
-
BWAHAHA I was thinking the same thing. Most of these posts are people sharing what works for them, not bro science.

Great work!!

Sorry but you are wrong, you do not need to weight until you lose weight before lifting. I was 70 lbs overweight and lost all of it through lifting weights and mfp. I put on 15 lbs of muscle while in a slight deficit. The only reason I am back at losing again is because I just had a baby but I know that lifting heavy…

If you aren't eating enough calories your "bodybuilding" efforts are going to be wasted for the most part. You might experience some newbie muscle gains initially but you will find that if you are actually trying to build muscle you will need to eat at or above your maintenance calories.
-
You might not be losing on 1800 because your body is hanging on to the weight since you aren't eating that much. I would try adding a couple hundred calories for a few weeks rather than taking away calories.
-
My maintenance calories are about 2800 right now so I eat anything less than that. Currently I am averaging 2200 and losing about .5 lbs per week. I am 5'2 and I lift weights 3x per week. I have a fitbit as well and always make sure to get 10 000 steps a day, sometimes more.

Wow you are really reaching there to find something wrong with what I said. obviously I'm not recommending eating a 1 calorie a day deficit. What I am recommending is to not drop calories further. Very few people need to eat so little to lose weight...which is why I suggested looking up "in place of a road map" on this…

First of all, you said you aren't losing anything...that's not true. You lost 2 lbs in 5 weeks. Losing weight is not an exact science and 2 lbs in that time period is just fine. I would not lower your calories or stop eating exercise calories as others have suggested. You want your body to lose weight on the largest number…

There isn't a way anymore to add it to your diary, the took that option away so you do have to log it as cardio.
-
Well I wasn't losing on 1500 cals but when I upped my cals to 2200 I started losing again.

Hi there I am 3 weeks PP and breastfeeding. I did start exercising as soon as I felt up to it. I have a fitbit and get between 10 000-12 000 steps a day right now and I just started back with weights on Sunday. I am eating between 2200-2500 calories right now. I''ve lost 17 of the 44 I gained. This is my 3rd pregnancy. DO…

Buy a new outfit that makes you feel good. Get your hair and make up done.

I'm 5'2 but my goal is 125. I have a larger frame but I also lift a lot of weights and plan to have a lot of muscle when I get down to that weight.

just use subway's nutritional information...probably really close to whatever you had. Enter each ingredient separately, estimate how much of each you had.
-
Oh and I add 500 calories per day, I'm nursing a newborn currently.
-
They took away the option to add breastfeeding calories through your food diary from what I read, so it has to be added through the exercise section.

I would return the charge and get the One instead. I have both the charge and the one. I got the one first and had it for over a year. I love it. The only reason I got the charge was because I wanted the heart rate monitor for when I'm weight lifting. Otherwise I would have just kept using my One.

okay I figured out how to fix it! You have to unlink it, then go to the fitbit dashboard settings and you have to revoke access to MFP there and then wait 15 minutes, then go back to MFP and relink them. I did that and it has been working fine now
-
Mine doesn't show up in the newsfeed but I think that's because it would keep changing throughout the day as you move. The only way I can get my steps to show up in MFP is by unlinking and relinking...this is super annoying to have to do several times a day.
-
Is anyone else seeing their adjustments show up?? I still don't have mine showing up.
-
yes me too

I just had my 3rd baby on Friday. I gained 44 lbs total and am down 9 so far. I am EBF and I add 500 calories to my day but my little one nurses a lot so i might need to add more calories. I find as long as I track what I eat then I lose. I will likely drop another 10 lbs quickly as some of the water weight comes off (my…

I would say because you're "eyeballing" things. Try logging your calories for the month of august and see what happens.
-
Feel free to add me. I eat 1800-2000 cals most days, lift heavy 3 times a week and have lost over 45 lbs of fat and put on 12 lbs of muscle.
-
And you definitely will not bulk up from weights. Weights are a woman's best friend, especially heavy weights.
-
I eat 1800-2000 calories a day and am losing weight. I also eat junk food just about every day, but in moderation (most of the time). I generally have one treat like a 1/4 cup of chocolate covered blueberries, I totally understand the sweet tooth thing because I have one too. What has helped me was upping my calories to a…

I lift heavy 3 times per week and do minimal cardio. I have lost 45 lbs and put on 12 lbs of muscle in the past year. I have lost 4 dress sizes as well. Heavy lifting will give you relatively quick results...but I would suggest taking your measurements because you often retain water in your muscles so you may not initially…
