what sort of weight is your ideal weight? I'm really struggling to shed the pounds. Currently about 125lbs but want to be around 105 ideally. Need friends of similar build with similar goals to motivate me!

I'm 5'1", SW 155, CW 122, GW 115. Though I might go down a bit more than that once I get there, 'cause I'm still not quite where I want to be. We'll see.

I'm 5'2" and as of this morning, I'm at 126 lbs but I've been stuck in the 126-128 range for the past 2 weeks. My goal weight right now is 115 and I may shoot for 110. Feel free to send a friend request if you like.0

It sounds like we are similar. I am 5' 2" and 130. For my frame 105 is my goal weight. I am finally getting my diet and calories in check. How many pounds are you hoping to lose a month?0

I'm 5'2 but my goal is 125. I have a larger frame but I also lift a lot of weights and plan to have a lot of muscle when I get down to that weight.0

First is 135, aka, a healthy BMI.

I'm 5'2 and 125. My ideal is 110. I love the way I look at 100/105 but my family doesn't share my opinion and think it's too thin lol.0

I'm 5'2". I find it easy to maintain 125-130, below that becomes a struggle. We get the short-end of the stick when it comes to daily calorie target (pun intended). Our amount is so low because of our height, even when I did WW my daily points was the lowest you could go while all my taller friends got to eat so much more:/0

I'm 5'2" and have been anywhere from 107 (current weight) to my heaviest of 142. I think I look the best now, but it takes work! At 118-122 I could maintain without thinking about it.0

I'm 5'0 and looking to get to 125. That was where I was in high school and after a child I would be happy to get to that point. If I can get lower I wouldn't mind but I think mentally I want to stay above 110.0

I'm 5'4" stuck in 123 pounds for the past two weeks...aiming for 115-112.0

I'm 5'2" with a medium build. I think I'll get to 140 and probably ramp up my heay lifting and then slowly lose until 130 or so. I don't think I'd look healthy at any lower than 130. But we'll see.0
