I started on Jan 2, 2012. I lift heavy weights 3 times per week and I never eat below my BMR, generally eat between 1750-2000 calories per day. I have lost 40 lbs so far since joining MFP. So mine just came this morning!! (That was super fast) When you did the set up did you change the goal for calorie burned? It said my goal should be 2184 but my TDEE is 2450 or so. Also did you sync with Myfitnesspal? Do you find that works well?

Too soon??
I was on a 3 week plateau eating 1600-1700 calories, yesterday I upped them by 250 and I am down 1 lb this morning. Broke into a new number that I haven't seen yet. I was so freaking excited! I keep reading posts from people saying they have a hard time eating all of their calories. Am I the only one who has no trouble with this??? With 3 healthy meals and a couple snacks I get right up there.
