I'm on week 3, day 2 of Alpha :D @ les: T25 is a 25 minute workout, created by Shaun T (creator of Insanity), it has three phases, alpha, beta, and gamma. It's pretty effective, and is also a good way to built up strength before trying Insanity, or any other vigorous exercise.

Thanks for your suggestion, and haha I know what you mean, I might try doing that after I reach closer to my goal and feel even more comfortable with myself, but for now, I'll stick with once a month. I really do appreciate you sharing your plan with me :) Thanks! xx

Oh thank god hair loss is a common problem, cause I've been experiencing it too! I've lost weight at a slow and steady rate but my hair loss, was quite bad, especially when I was doing Insanity. Now that I've finished it, it seems to have reduced, but its still pretty bad. I knew my hair was falling, but didn't realise it…

Currently doing T25, will try to add more as time goes by :) Oh and I try to eat withing 1500-1700, cals but I exceed quite a lot, so I need to focus, and not stray away from my goal. Good luck to everyone!

Wow, congrats on the weight loss everyone! I'm happy to say that I have lost about a few hundred grams, haha. I've maintained! And that's fantastic! I'm so glad I didn't gain any weight, with all the snacks and sweets, and soft drinks, I've been consuming! xx

The fact that you persevered and pushed on, trying to attain your goal even though you started off not knowing how to go about reaching your aim, is by itself an incredible achievement. This sounds a lot like me, lol :P Totally relate with the linebacker shoulders! I'm 5'3 (163cm) and weigh 152lbs. Ideally, a weight where my body is toned. Guessing that it would be around 110-130lbs?
