If I eat that little, I know I will have a cheat day. It's really not a lot of food for myself. But personally I would never go below 1200 so I think I would just take that day as a needed extra, or try to do a little extra walking that day.

HR is going to be the most accurate. As long as it is accurately tracking it.

The calculators assume a steady heart rate, garmin tracks it I'm assuming. The one monitering your heart rate consistently is going to be more accurate.

PW: 220.4 CW: 223.4 ugh.... a 3 lb gain... I don't know whats causing it. Not expecting a good loss next week either as I am having a small procedure tomorrow.

Okay, this has been my favourite snack lately and it would make a great breakfast too. 250g of plain 2% greek yogurt 100g of frozen raspberries I let my frozen raspberries melt all day into the yogurt and it is soooo good. You could add some granola or something to it if you need a little more.

I have an ice cream maker and I'm thinking of just putting a pack of greek yogurt and some pudding powder in. I think I would say that is three servings. Thanks for the idea!

I do this as well because I meal plan each week. I make a recipe for lunches, snacks and for dinners and divide it by 6 (I have a free day where I can eat a little more loosely or go out with friends or my kiddos). That way I know I'm eating the whole thing over those 6 days so if each container is a little off it's not aβ¦

I am seperated and when I sign the divorce, I want to be hot as hell. Also a customer referred to me as "The Fat One" to her husband over the phone when she thought I didn't hear and when they come into upgrade I want her to eat her words.

I do real strict meal planning for my weekly eating so if I'm starving my kids will be happier because it just means I will buy some extra school treats.

Try a lower calorie snack at night perhaps? I used to eat sliced apples and peanutbutter as a chip and dip type snack. Now I just arranged my calories so that I can eat until 10pm and then I go to bed.

I would love some active friends. I do intermittent fasting, cardio but starting a weight routine and I do strict meal planning so my diary is boooooring. Haha.

I use the steps tracked in my smart watch to track my activity. But I don't eat back my exercise calories. I save them for my cheat meal if I want to eat something extra tasty.

Just a more strict carb cycling type diet for the summer since I don't have my kiddo's, (they go with their dad) and I am terrible at lining up my macros but since I will have quite a bit of extra time this summer, I'm upping my exercise and diet.

I do intermittent fasting because it is helping me break my addiction to food. I have a set time that I can eat, I am now eating for fuel vs taste. Perhaps one day I will go back to eating normally, but I'm not really a breakfast person anyway.
