Yeah I eat my oatmeal plain with a tbsp or so of powdered peanut butter. I usually eat lost of veggies if you saw my diary the past couple days and I usually space my meals evenly throughout the day except today because I literally couldn't stand being hungry anymore. Thanks for the advice tho!!

I am 5'7 and 1/2 and currently weigh 150 but probably add another 2lbs the way today is going :/ my calorie goal was set to 1200 but upped it a few days ago so I could lose 1lb a week

The reason I set my goal to 135-137 is because that's was I weighed pre pregnancy, almost 3 years ago and have never bounced back. After being skinny then never being able to bounce back is tough. That's why I have that as my goal
