Well, I've only ever had one kind of martini. Vodka, vermouth and two green olives, stirred. I love it, so I've stuck with it, and if someone is offering something different I settle with a gin and tonic or a Bloody Mary. Perhaps I should get more adventurous, ie, 3 olives instead of 2. :drinker:

I do it in the day time. I think the big risk in my area is bears and cougars. When my husband worries about me doing certain things, ie. running alone at night, I don't. If I really want to, he'll run with me.

Maybe for you. For me, I couldn't be that strict. You really can lose a stone without expecting yourself to follow a strict diet. I lost a stone slowly and without feeling deprived. Side steel ^ up there, and others, were around about two years ago with very sound, true and tried advice.

I think it's an animal rights issue. Did you know that chickens have less rights than cows and pigs in the way that they are treated? I know this because I saw a documentary once on netflix. I think that eating animals and animal products should also be illegal.
