Maybe measure out a 200 calorie portion, give the rest away, then plan to sit down and really enjoy your m & m 's with a favourite beverage? I live with people who eat big steaks, bring home sushi at 11:00 pm, make a pizza just as I'm going to bed and put chocolate and potato chips (my fav) in the pantry. They're all…

I really don't know because mine has never done that. Do you wet the strap before you put it on? That's my only thought:).

Fox in sox: "Do you wish to screw sir too sir? If you choose a new blue screw sir, Fifty shades of grey won't do sir, Fifty shades is much to lame sir." "What a shame sir what a shame sir."

The tale about my block is true. What I know now, I wish I knew!

Johnny Dep Where is your pep? Do you not know each gal says "yep"? Your looks are fine, Your sex devine, Just don't go tying girls with twine.

Maybe 50 shades will encourage readers to seek out those talented writers.

Here's what I think is amazing about 50 shades: The author originally wrote it for an e-reader without a publisher, and today, pretty much everyone has heard of it. The odds of being so famous so quickly without a publisher are slim at best. It's a true success story completely driven by reader's word of mouth. That has to…

It sounds like you are feeling fairly alright, but just in case you're not, or to help deal with the sads, I want your next thread or comment here in a few days to be all about what you're doing for yourself now. Here are some of my suggestions: Spa day! or just nails and hair, girlfriend time, shopping, hiking, swimming,…

Very nice!

I agree! I usually run from about September to April, so I'm used to running in the snowy, cold or icy conditions. This year, however, I'm running in the heat and I find it close to impossible. I think it's all about conditioning. Your run best in the conditions you have trained it. If you go slow and follow the schedule…

It sounds like you're on to something Op. I think this works for many people to help with portion control. It doesn't work for me though. I have tried this but I just go back for seconds. I need to measure and log, it's the only way I can be accountable to myself.

At this particular time, it really is me. Or at least me without the flabby arms, and me when I move more:)
-
Same here... Although I could lose five pounds I suppose. I'm going to be hosting a Dr. Who party and everything. I guess we can be fifth team: the cheerleader squad:)

There are so many rediculous things that you can read in magazines and books about dieting. Since I started mfp I have saved so much money because I don't buy magazines at the check-out stand. I have also reached my goal weight, and I don't think I could have without my daily bread and peanut butter:)

Maybe find an exercise that you like? Also, like yourself the way you are. No one has the right to judge you or label you like that. When people make comments like that to me I usually end up feeling badly for them. It's not personal, it's about them.

I think you're going to succeed. It's easier to reach your destination when you know your present location.

Love this:)

I do this all the time! When my children aren't around.

Not Jane Austin but....... ""If you do not believe that hearts can bloom suddenly bigger, and that love can open like a flower out of even the hardest places, then I am afraid that for you the road will be long and brown and barren, and you will have trouble finding the light. But if you do believe, then you already know…

This video has made me start my day with a smile and a *stripper squat*:-)

I'm just in the habit of eating whole wheat bread. It usually has a little more protein and fibre, and often sugar. I think it's all about personal preference though.
-
My children both started to complain about bikers and kids playing near the roads in what seemed to me like mere minutes after they passed their driving tests. I thought it was amusing. I hope that they grow out of it.
-
Have you asked yourself that question? What do you consider clean eating op? I bet if you answer then make a few changes, you'll feel like you are "making better food choices".
-
I've had strangers approach me to talk about my eyes a few times, but It didn't feel awkward and I can't really think of any other potential awkward situations. I think I might be an awkward conversation starter, maybe that's why I don't notice.

^finally an answer! I would go there too op^ I bet your girlfriend is hot. I bet she secretly thinks you are too.
