I felt that way when I did day 8 level 2 first time. I was also back from vacation though so that might have made it feel worse...

Go for the chicken breast and pull the skin off. chicken breast is very low in cals without the skin.

Thanks. I will say everyone is different depending on your body type. You may be seeing better results where I am not. You can see in my picture I have big legs and that's where I fail to see much if any change...

Thanks I just keep pushing I have my off days as I'm sure you've seen from my wall but I just get back to it and keep going even when I really don't want to.

I forgot to mention that I did the 30 Day Shred between May 23rd and June 24th and I am in the middle of doing a second round now...

I used photoshop but you should be able to use any photo editor even the one that comes with windows I think...

Thanks this is actually my second round of the 30day shred and it's actually harder cuz I'm in 90f with almost constant 50-60% humidity so I sweat more and i'm actually slipping when doing the planks...

If you look for fork split I think that's what the call the pre-cut ones....

Level 2 Day 2 done. I feel more exhausted but less sweaty if that is possible... it could be because I did the first day of week 2 for C25K. oh well I got it done I am proud...

it's hell on my knees. I have bad knees already so I am in pain through most of the routine but not so much that I can't do it. I figure as long as my knees don't lock up and I can walk in the mornings it can't be that bad....

Level 2 Day 1 done. I didn't do the shred yesterday cuz my feet were so swollen I don't think they could have taken it. Today was much easier then when I did this level in the first round....

Level 1 Day 5 done. I didn't get any of my other exercises in today I was just not have a energetic day cuz I didn't sleep well last night but at least I got the shred in :)

not all of it is easy for them if you pay attention they are both losing their balance at times and wait till level 2 and 3 I feel bad for the girl on the left (jillian's right side) the one doing the hard exercises jillian starts messing with her...

Level 1 Day 4 done I'm hoping by the time I'm done with this second round that I can actually do more the 1 perfect form pushup. my shoulders tend to lock up in the down position. Till I had almost finished the first round I couldn't even do 1 now I can do 1 that I know of. I can pump out the girl pushups though...

Heck I'm on my second round and i'm sore as hell but its a good sore it the type of sore that tells me i'm doing a good workout. it does get better. just drink a lot of water that helps...
