I think it's pretty normal how your feeling, everyone goes into a weird funk once in awhile. I know i do. But it shouldnt stop you from continuing to be healthy and fit. So you have an off day, no biggie, you'll fall back into your groove. Im sure you'll feel much better after your gym class :) No doubt! So dont be so hard…

i think about trying not to think about how much my calves are hurting haha. But in reality when it comes to were i'm almost going to give up, i mentally tell myself i can do it, i'm almost there, just a little more, i'm doing good! ...and i make it! :) I also listen to my Iphone music, so it's not too bad.

I know right! Exercising gives you so much more energy, you feel so awesome!!!! Where i normally do my pilates, my bf and his dad put up a big screen tv (and its not like its a new one either) and now they wont leave the area, & i like to exercise quietly alone. :/ its like they don't want me to lose weight. I felt good…

ya, i find lady gaga's music makes me walk really fast hahaha. I had a play list that had a bunch of club songs, pit bull, kat deluna, ciara...those fast pace songs.

Welcome! :) I know what you mean, losing the weight its such a good feeling, but it sure is darn hard to keep it off. If you exercise at least 3 or 4 times a week, and portion what you eat, then you should be fine. I agree with ^ that you should never give up on a bad day, just take that day as a break, and the next day…

I seen a youtube video about a girl who video'd her weight loss from the beginning to 10th week, 11th week and in her 12th week she looks amazing!!! Try youtube 30 Day Shred. I'm sure you'll find her. But i really want to get this tape too but i dont have the money right now, but soon i'll get it! :)

Wow, only 9 days! congrats! ...it took me a week to lose 2 pounds lol. But im happy. Slow is good i guess. I didnt work on friday or saturday and kine of had a bad dinner last night, but i'm working on disciplining myself lol. Good job!

Some people just need to be slapped. I was joking with a friend about my fb pic and i told her "shh but those r old, i dont even look like that anymore" and my BOYFRIEND put "true! lol" ....i know he was joking, but that still stung a bit!
