Assuming most people listen to their ipods, iphones, mp3 players.....what's the songs on your playlist you workout too? I prefer club/dance songs, like Pit Bull, Ciara, Daddy Yankee, Lil Wayne, ...etc. Sometimes i listen to alt rock, but not much. I gotta feel like i wanna dance so i can keep going haha.

Who do you rock out too?

ps.
this will also help me to add to my boring playlist. haha

I like dance hiphop when I work out and I do use my mp3 - considering the lyrics - and having kids around. :) I can't give it up though. It's my "getting started" playlist so I will stick with it.

I got most of the BEP and PCD albums, and the Dirty Dancing 2 Soundtrack.
  • I'm all over the place with my workout music....eminem, aerosmith, muse, metallica, beyonce, kelly clarkson, christina aguilara, santana, justin timberlake, old school '80's, marilyn manson...see? I'm a music mish mash.

Really anything that keeps me moving...I do tend to drift towards angry music moreso though...Gravity Kills and Stabbing Westward are big for me right now.

Good thing about Tiesto is his remixes - some are an hour or so long with lots of variety of sounds within the remix!
