D1L1 30 Day Shred!!
Um....i thought it would be easy..i took a few breaks, and i think i need lighter weights >.< i was using 5lbs, i had to put them down and just do the motions!! >.< i guess im more out of shape then i thought :/ but i was weight lifting yesterday so that's probably why i couldnt left those weights either. Foods you stopped eating and lost weight
...i lost 30lbs by not eating rice and meat (like beef and steak). and i dont eat any candy EXCEPT for chocolate, cuz i cant help it hahaha

I TOTALLY LOVE IT! even though i cant finish the whole workout (which is an hour and half long) its super fun and i SWEAT!!!! >.< but i love it, it gets my heart pumping and i just feel totally awesome afterwords, you guys have to try it!!

I dont get it?
So there's water weight, and when we sweat a lot we're getting rid of all that water? ....is it pointless to drink a whole glass of water after you work out?

Pilates anyone?
Anyone do pilates?? I have the Winsor Pilates workout dvds. I luv'em!!!! I use to be able to do the 20 min workout wit no sweat, and just moved to the Accelerated dvd, but i unfortunately gained 30 lbs so im back to the 20 min workout and mannn!! i sweat hahaha!
