3 Day Cardiac Diet? portion control??

Has anyone ever done this diet? im on my second week of actually doing the diet. I started first week of October, last 14lbs....2nd week i tired to eat small portions & stopped when i was full. Now 3rd week of Oct, im back on. Just wanted to know if anyone else has done this diet. What are your thoughts on "the key is portion control, you can eat whatever you want, just i small portions."

    Seems like it's a lose quick scheme to me.
    And, reviewing the suggested menu, it hardly seems worth it to me.
    I'd want to stab someone with such boring/limited food choices after three days.
    BUT, that's just me.

    I prefer slow/steady losses and usually experience a "big" loss my first week back
    being committed to my sensible diet. Of course, we all know it's only water weight, but
    for some people, it's a major thing. I just take it for what it is.

    Eek, just looked at the diet. No way! I have to eat every 2-3 hours and those foods are barely filling. I'd be hungry all the time.
