i usually go with dance, house, upbeat alternative and pop....usually as long as it isn't mellow or depressing.

i like something that will lift me up... recently I've been listening to lady gaga and similar kind of music because the rhythm makes me go longer...especially with cardio...but trying to find some new songs so any suggestions are welcomed0

ya, i find lady gaga's music makes me walk really fast hahaha. I had a play list that had a bunch of club songs, pit bull, kat deluna, ciara...those fast pace songs.0

The work-out playlist on my ipod has a really wide variety of music:
I have dance music (Bassnectar, Scissor Sisters, Mika, Daft Punk, Shiny Toy Guns, Gaga)
I have angry, fast, driving f*$#-the-world metal (Pantera, Metallica, Disturbed, Iron Maiden)
I also have cheesy, happy pop (Aqua, Britney, Ace of Base, ABBA)
And then there's the bass heavy hip hop (Hollywood Undead, Dre, Eminem, Lil' Wayne, Doujah Raze)0 -
