I didn't get any goals completed this week. There was a death of one of my best friend's spouse on Monday and it has been chaotic since then, but ready to get back with it now that things are settling down. Does this mean that I join the horde?

I went in expecting it to be a cheesy spin off and I also thought we would have to go an episode or two before seeing any zombies, thank goodness that wasn't the case. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised.

Sorry I missed the check in on Saturday! I had a severe sinus infection most of last week and through the weekend and didn't even get out of bed for most of that time.

Congrats on 20 years! Your weekend plans sound absolutely wonderful. Shout Out Thursday! So far for the week I am at 62/80 and 10/45. I plan on doing the punishment tonight as well as finish the strength training portion for the week. I also still have the character challenge to do.

I already have my cardio and strength in, plus the character challenge. So far I have 40 extra cardio minutes and will have more tomorrow. If any one needs some, let me know.
