Mind sharing that recipe. I am planning to start a week long juice feast next week, and I want to make sure to get enough protein to keep as much muscle as possible. I'm trying to do as much research as possible before starting next Monday.

Happy belated B-day Rocka-bye. I did W1D1 today. Wow I need some serious improvement. I did total 12 modified w/ 3 in the last set. :/ I did W1D1 of sit ups: 73 total w/ 20 in the last set

I just did 3 sets of 20 wall pushups, with my feet 3 ft from the wall for some practice. I'd suggest that to anyone that struggled like crazy to do < 5 knee push-ups. :wink: Don't be embarrassed we are all here at different levels, but all want to improve so let's be honest.

OK so this challenge is very necessary, Push-ups are my frenemy and I seriously lack the upper strength. So with that intro, drum roll please ... drdrdrdrdrdrdrdrdrdrdrdr ..... my initial test was 4 knee push ups :ohwell: :embarassed: anywho, I'm looking forward to improving that #. Looking forward to Monday!

It could be something as simple as your TOM is coming. But either way I'd suggest some more veggies too.
