  • I will be starting it tonight when I get home from work - I did 10 days of level one before but got sidetracked...really going to stick to it this time!
  • I have lost weight since I bought mine - it has definitely made me more aware of how little I used to move and gives me extra motivation to do more so I'd say it has helped me lose weight - but I do also calorie count. I also don't eat back all of the calories it says I've earned as an extra - a couple of hundred maybe but…
  • Is it the mfp app or the fitbit app that's not working? Mine has been wrong all weekend - it seems to be that when I add food onto mfp it adds the whole meal again in fitbit (both the app and online) effectively doubling what I have eaten :/
  • Don't worry about it, wait a few days before stepping on the scales if you want to. I recently went on holiday, I ate lots more than I have been and gained 3lbs...but...the minute I got back to my normal routine those pounds dropped off again - if anything it has helped me to lose more weight as I seem to have lost more…
  • I bought the One a few weeks ago and it is honestly the best thing I have ever bought fitness-wise. I wasn't sure if I'd commit to wearing it everynight either but it's become part of my routine and I love checking my sleep quality in the morning now! I would definitely recommend it.
  • My goals this week: 1. Drink 8 glasses of water everyday 2. Run 3x this week 3. Do home workout & weights session 2x this week
  • Fitbit One - absolutely love it! I am so much more motivated since I bought it 4 weeks ago - and it's amazing to see how little I was actually moving on some days. It's a real eye opener! I would really recommend the One - especially as I can't wear anything on my wrists for work so it fits in with my life perfectly.
  • I'm 22 - been on here properly for a few months now. I gained a couple of stone during uni so trying to lose that (or most of it anyway!) lost 7lbs so far so hoping to lose another 14lbs at least :) hopefully a lot of that by Christmas!! Eating about 1200kcal per day - feel free to add me!
  • Amazing progress! Congratulations! You've obviously worked very hard to get where you are now :) keep up the good work!
