People who say "just do your normal workout" must not experience intense, painful cramps and bad PMS. For me, taking a nice walk or 20 mins of yoga or a 10 min cardio workout DVD is a God given miracle. Do what feels best for you :) The most important thing is for you to relax, eat mostly healthy foods and just moving…
