I'm sorry! I should have specified! I am a very basic vegetarian, definitely not able to go vegan yet!.. just no meat products except fish I allow into my diet but that is mostly for my treat or high protein days when strength training. :drinker: Thank you so much! Also, what are your favorite protein shakes? Are they…

I am so happy to hear that. Strength training changes your body in such a great way, I know you will feel so much better this way. I know it may be scary, but remember that we only live once and we have to be strong for ourselves and always nourish ourself fully! I hope that you feel much better soon and see the changes…

Okay, first of all.. Hiya! I can see how all of these things may worry you, and at 5'6 -110lbs, according to the BMI you are considered underweight. Those who are underweight typically suffer from Malnutrition, which includes all of your symptoms. You are not getting enough of your vitamins and macros in a day. It isn't…

I am inbetween 103-105lbs right now. 4'11.5! Still in the 4ft, don't kick me out! :laugh: Waist - 24in Hips - 33in

THANK THE HEAVENS. I was so worried. Re-reading again!

I just want to check something, did you say you're 6 foot 6 inches, and 110 pounds? Or was that a typo?

If you feel hungry, have a little snack later but don't force it. Average out your intake over the week, maybe have an extra little side with dinner or have it as a snack tomorrow- or don't even think about it at all. Extra calories off mean more calories burned!

Anything below a BMI of 20 for ME personally has me ill feeling, and very irregular with my shark week. :tongue: Remember that everything is tailor fit to you, it's all about your own personal experience and how well you feel. Healthy not just Skinny is what we all should aim for!

My boyfriend and I when we were long distance, went on runs together through facetime. It was actually hilarious seeing him get all sweaty and flustered, we both really enjoyed it and it motivated us. The laughs were enough to keep me going!

I am in the same predicament. :yawn: You're not alone! I hope you jump over your plateau with a huge sprint to the end. :happy:

@raggedypond, Thanks for your input!

@my_2_cents- Thank you very much for your post. I appreciate it a lot, I do so very much want to be healthy and happy with myself. :smile: Guess it's time to get myself some weights!!

What else but the abs?! :D

Based on my height and weight I am not underweight and I still have so much bodyfat on me. I couldn't possibly consider myself underweight while looking as big as I do. That same doctor said a healthy weight for me would be 150lbs.. I can't exactly believe that that would be OK for me. I am getting an assesment from a new…

I always plan my next days meal the night prior.. if I'm feeling a little fiendish I eat small snacks throughout the day to indulge in a really nice dinner or after dinner snack. I do this about twice a month and it's very enjoyable for me personally.

I am 106lbs, 5ft tall and my belly still lays over my hip bones as I sit. My belly is a huge issue for me that I have been working on my whole weight loss journey.. always strength train, keep carbs easily soluble and make sure you engage that core. My tummy isn't too large.. my issue is my excess skin. I wonder if anyone…

@Michikade, Thank you so much for your advice, I will definitely start some weight training. Many posts have me really wanting to try it out, saying that lots of body changes, tightening, as well as feeling better comes from it. Thank you again for your reply- It made me feel a little better. Do you have specific idea of…

Always remember, too quick of weight loss results in weight coming back on quicker than before due to an ill metabolism rate. Try your best to keep it up. Handful of nuts, piece of pretty chocolate - even some avocado and sour cream can add some well needed calories. I admire your ability to eat such a low caloric rate…

I do believe that everyone has different experiences in weight loss with pregnancy, no two people can react the same way to the pregnancy- but I firmly believe that there's always a way to get a body you love to live in as long as you work hard for it and always keep your chin up.

Corsets for that gorg body! :)

I am also having this issue. Height; 5ft - Weight; 108lbs - GW; 95lbs. I have a little pouch left and I'm wondering if it's excess skin or fat.
-
@tristan299 - Strong features. I love that. :)
-
@Bruinsleafs, I literally just weighed myself @ 108 rounded up from 107.6- you are a weight guessing god! LOL
-
How did you guess my weight right on the nose? LOL @bruinsleafs
-
Well I am a shrimp compared to you, so it may be different but I'm 5ft - 108lbs, and Everyone has this strong idea that I am getting way too thin while I'm stuck in the mentality that I still have 8-13lbs to lose depending on how I weigh out. It feels like no one really sees me but myself and I really hate it.. I feel…

I've always been self concious about my sharp jaw, feeling as if it was too 'masculine'.. but now I've learned to embrace it and cut my hair to accentuate the look of it rather than hide it. Since I've lost over 50lbs, the sharpness has gotten sharper and my cheekbones have popped out more and I've began to love it.…
