  • I'm a bit older,33, and my little boy is just turning a year(also my first). I've been on mfp for quite some time but have srtuggled hugely with losing the post baby weight, always good to have someone else on board;-)

  • I've only done 2 half marathons 1st; 2hr53 2nd; 2hr 31. My advice in the build up would be not to to over do training and don't do anything new as said above. Put together a playlist of all your favourite upbeat music to keep you motivated. Wear stuff you've already worn so you know you'll be comfy. On the day, just pace…
  • My hubby really doesnt like fruit and veg. Especially veg. He has a smoothie everyday with a little broccoli and a carrott and some frozen berries. He doesn't really enjoy it but it gets some green stuff in the system and it's a start? He's never really eaten anything green before so I am so, so pleased;-)

  • Hi, There's a brand called "shock absorber" they do from mild support=1 to intense support=4 and I think they are amazing!!! I'm based in NZ now but get my family to send them over for me. Their in Debenhams, don't know what size they go up too though. Hope that helps and all the best!!!
