  • 2000 steps is the going rate for 1 mile. You are doing an average 70 for 30 minutes for 2100 steps. I do a warm-up of 3.5 mph which is 17 min mile. I would guess that you are going about 2.0 mph (+/-) which you can log in by typing walking in the search box. Hope this helps.

  • I have a wide variety i my IPod but the two that always "refocus" me on my goals and my struggles with weight are MercyMe's "Bring the Rain" and Casting Crowns' "Praise You in the Storm."
  • I usually have a banana on my way to the gym. I use to work out before eating but would get weak and dizzy 20 minutes into my workout even though i was drinking water. The body needs a little something to get it going. I wouldn't do a regular meal within a couple of hours.
  • I originally signed up here many moons ago...it worked for a while and then I deployed (USAF), got out of the habit and many of you know the rest....stepped on scale Sunday and was devastated...back for good now!
