    I am from the central WI area, Wisconsin Rapids to be specific. I regretfully say that I live in Chicago now, so I now live with all of those people the we say things about. I still say them even though I live here. I get defensive when anyone says I am from Chicago...I correct them and say no, I'm from Wisconsin. I LIVE in Chicago! :tongue: What I wouldn't give for a good "Ya der hay" around here!!

    Danbury, CT - 65 miles NE of New York City. Originally from Dayton, OH so I know KY and WVA and folks from outside the northeast corridor are not hicks and dummies. Every one in NYC thinks any place west of the Hudson River is Podunk. When I moved east many years ago people kept asking if I was raised on a farm. In Dayton???? You have to laugh.
