I try to give myself a healthy outline for the day, but if I have something else and have to re-log, no biggie. It helps me stay on track!

Yep! Log everything for the best results! I even log the lemon I put in my water and 0 calorie sweetener, because some of them have a tiny amount of carbs.

I finished day 11 today. I have done 30DS before with breaks, and honestly, I think you do get better results with no breaks. I would keep pushing. Your muscles will feel better in a few days.
