I have been doing Jillian's Yoga Meltdown on and off a couple days a week. My HRM is broken and until I buy a new one, or my hubby figures out how to fix the current one, I was wondering how many calories others have burned doing level 1 and or 2 of this work out, so I can log accurately. Thanks!

Six Week Six Pack
Should I do it everyday? My abs are wicked sore today. I can work through the pain, I did 30 Day Shred consecutively, but I am not sure I should be doing something that focuses so much on one body part everyday. What do you all think? Every other day and cardio on rest days? Thanks!

Like many on MFP, I try to eat clean and healthy. Yet, I believe sometimes you need a little non-clean snack to keep you on track. Do you all eat more when you are sick?
