thirty day shred? weights every day??

So I have started doing the 30 day shred along with walking/weight training/running/whatever..... I do the 30 day shred every other day instead of everyday. I have been doing extra cardio and weight training the same day I do 30DS and then I recover for a day by walking or running with no weight training of any kinda. So my questions is.... is it ok to just do the 30 day shred every other day? Is it ok to weight train after I do the 30DS? Is it ok to do sit ups/crunchs as well as push ups everyday.... or should I do those every other day too? If I wanted to, could I weight train everyday? What would the results be like? Am I over thinking all of this? Hah. Help!
