Stupid Measuments!

So I just took my measurements, and I was not too pleased! I have been on track more than ever and working out everyday. I did stupidly measure after breakfast. Could breakfast really make that big of a difference?

Yes, breakfast could make that big of a difference. Try not to measure after you eat.0

my waist shrunk and then it thickened again a little once I started doing abs and obliques etc, but as I've kept eating healthy and strength training, the waist is shrinking again. Don't be discouraged.0

Both for sure! Breakfast and sore abs soaking up all the water would mess with anybody's measurements!0 -
I hear ya on this one. I took my day one measurements and then my 30 day, and I gained inches. Definitely was discouraged but I keep pushing through each day. Stick with it and we both will see results.0
