Right now im 320# and i want to get to 275#....at 320 my trainer did a fat caliper test and im 30'ish% BF

Squat squat and squat some more.....add wide powerlifter style to your program and that will hit more glute and hip area

sit ups will not just make the fat go away in that area. A good lifting plan like Starting Strength, Stronglift 5x5 or 5/3/1. or cleaning up your diet even more will help you get to the 8% BF and under area.

check out some of the crossfit girls, they all SQT and have great butts, its not going to hurt to try and start a lifting program

if you can afford a trainer then this will be the best place to start. a good trainer will help you fig. out your goal and get you set in the right direction. putting on new muscle will help eat away the fat faster. depends on how much weight you have lost, it could be sagging skin. if this is the cause your skin will catch up and "shrink" down some depending on your body. if the running has stopped your weight loss try looking into weight lifting to help get some of that "fat" off and keep the muscle.
