I love my Zumba class I go twice a week, the atomsphere feels like dancing at the club. I love the great energy and sweating off some calories.

11/11/11-checking in I have lost 4 lbs from my 1lb gain it motivated me to kick into gear. I weighed in early on Wednesday, lost 3 lbs. and then I weighed in again this morning to make it official and I lost another pound. I am 1 pound away for my mini goal. Check in 11/4/11 I did my WI this morning I gain 1 lb. I don’t know if it is muscle gain from cardio or Mother Nature. I went to Zumba class last night it was great, going tomorrow. I increased my water intake to 128 ounces yesterday, trying to drink 135 ounces today. Have a great weekend.
